Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and are priced based on the weight of each order. Each single purchase will only be shipped to a single shipping address provided at the time of transaction. We are unable to split shipments at this time; however, billing and shipping addresses may be different.
Returns & Replacements
Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us at Kaotik Klothing.  If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, please return it within 14 days of the date on the invoice.  We will gladly credit your account less the shipping charges. Please return products in their original condition and include a copy of the invoice in order to expedite the process.  Customer feedback is much appreciated, so please let us know your reason for returning the item on the invoice. 

To exchange an item, please return the purchased item with the invoice and write on the invoice what the new item specifications should be (i.e. item, color, and size). Exchanged items will be shipped to the customer free of charge.
(Please note: Undergarments may not be returned.)
